Warranty

Vikings Technology warrants that the Products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and use in accordance with the respective Product user manual, during the Warranty Period.

The Warranty is provided from the date of shipping from Vikings Technology manufacturing facilities for the following periods:

• • 5 (five) years for Industrial grade Media converters and Switches
  • 3 (three) years for Commercial grade Media converters and Switches
  • 1 (one) year for Accessories (SFP modules, Racks, chassis, Power supplies)

We always strive to offer fast product replacements, however in case product return for repair is required, all shipping costs returning product to our facilities are to be covered by customer.

In case you’ve a defective item, please contact us at support@vikingstechnology.com, indicating purchasing date, faulty product model, serial number and fault description – we’ll get back to you within 24hours.
